This release brings several new tools for site operators, including alert snapshot tagging, an EdgeLink live log viewer, and a configurable staff verification workflow. Timestamps across the platform now properly respect site timezone settings, and monitoring dashboards load significantly faster.

Features ​

Alert Snapshot Tagging ​

Operators can now tag alert snapshots directly from the alert detail view, making it easier to categorise and search for specific alert imagery across sites.

A new real-time log viewer for EdgeLink devices makes it easier to diagnose connectivity and device issues on-site, with streaming log output accessible from the device detail page.

Configurable Staff Verification ​

Sites can now configure which dispositions are available for the staff verification step, or disable it entirely when it is not required. This gives site administrators more control over how alerts are processed, allowing faster response times for sites where staff verification adds no value.

SuperAdmins can now manage EdgeLink package deployments directly from the platform. The new management interface provides visibility into bridge statistics including total registered bridges and active connection counts.

Improvements ​

  • Timezone-aware timestamps — All timestamps across dashboards, alerts, reports, and site detail pages now correctly respect site timezone settings, ensuring consistent and accurate time display regardless of the operator's local timezone.
  • Faster monitoring dashboards — Optimised database queries for the alerts pipeline, delivering noticeably faster dashboard and alert list loading times.
  • Reports loading indicator — Reports now display a clear loading state while queries are queued, providing better feedback during busy periods instead of showing empty results.
  • Alert resolution tracking — Each notification resolution now records who resolved it and when, providing better audit trails and operational insights.
  • Watchful Go onboarding — Redesigned the welcome email for new Watchful Go users with clearer branding and a direct registration link, alongside an improved signup flow.
  • Billing page — Updated billing page layout with improved information presentation.
  • Sites page defaults — The sites listing now defaults to showing active sites for quicker access to relevant information.
  • Audit trail zoom — Quill audit trails now support zooming for better readability of detailed records.

Fixes ​

  • Brand theme display — Fixed an issue where custom tenant branding logos were not rendering correctly.
  • Alert assignment on status change — Fixed a bug where reopening a previously closed alert would incorrectly unassign it from the current officer.
  • Mobile app connectivity — Resolved network errors affecting Watchful Go on Android and iOS devices.
  • Monitoring access controls — Corrected authorisation checks for monitoring company operations to properly enforce tenant boundaries.
  • Missing attachment handling — Fixed an error that occurred when processing events with attachments lacking a content type.
  • Report net change calculation — Fixed the net change line in reports to show per-period values instead of a running total.
  • Custom workflow disarm — Fixed an issue where "no threat" custom workflows did not correctly pass disarm values to downstream actions.
  • Onboarding notifications — Fixed a bug where dismissing the welcome onboarding would also dismiss other platform announcements.
