This release focuses on operational visibility and day-to-day workflow quality. Monitoring agents gain the ability to tag alert snapshots for inclusion in customer reports, administrators get real-time device log viewing and a centralised deployment dashboard, and several timezone-related inconsistencies across reports and alert logs have been resolved.

Alert Snapshot Tagging ​

Monitoring agents can now tag individual alert snapshots while reviewing events using the T key. Tagged images are automatically included when generating incident reports, making it straightforward to curate evidence for customer deliverables without leaving the monitoring workflow.

Device Live Log Viewer ​

A real-time log viewer is now available for EdgeLink devices, giving administrators visibility into bridge activity as it happens. Newly provisioned devices default to the log tab so operators can observe the bridge initialising immediately after setup.

SuperAdmins can now manage EdgeLink package deployments and view bridge fleet statistics from a new centralised dashboard. The interface provides visibility into total registered bridges, active counts, and per-package deployment status.

Improvements ​

  • Smarter Dashboard Loading — Charts processing large queries now show a "Preparing your data" indicator and automatically retry in the background, replacing the previous error state.
  • Configurable Staff Verification — The "Possibly Staff" disposition can now be disabled per site for workflows that don't require staff verification.
  • Active Sites Default Filter — The sites page now defaults to showing only active sites, reducing noise when browsing large portfolios.
  • Audit Image Zoom — Images in audit reviews now support zoom for inspecting fine detail.
  • Copy Camera Names — Camera names in the monitoring portal can now be clicked to copy to clipboard for cross-referencing in external VMS systems.
  • Welcome Email Refresh — Invitation emails for new users have been updated with a cleaner design and now link directly to the current portal.
  • Image Caching Reliability — Alert images in the monitoring view are cached more reliably across storage configuration changes, improving load times on repeat visits.

Fixes ​

  • Dashboard Net Change Calculation — The net change line on dashboard charts was displaying a cumulative running total rather than the net value per period.
  • Report Timezone Accuracy — Incident report timestamps were being affected by the viewer's system timezone rather than consistently using the site's configured timezone.
  • Alert Log Date Consistency — Alert log dates were similarly subject to system timezone influence and now reliably display in the site's local time.
  • Onboarding Dismissing Announcements — Completing the welcome onboarding flow was incorrectly dismissing all platform announcements for new users.
  • Custom Workflow Disarm Duration — "No Threat" dispositions with custom workflows were passing an incorrect disarm duration, causing sites to disarm longer than intended.
  • Image Processing with Missing Metadata — Events with missing or unrecognised image content types could cause processing errors during ingestion.
  • Livestream Status Label — Corrected the capitalisation of "Livestream Not Working" for consistency.
