This release strengthens system reliability and fixes several operational issues. Alert closing now includes conflict protection to prevent accidental status overwrites, timestamp accuracy is improved for Dahua cameras, and user management is streamlined with automatic role assignment.
Features
Alert Close Conflict Protection
When closing an alert, the system now verifies that the alert status has not changed since it was last viewed. If another officer has already updated the alert, you will be notified of the conflict instead of silently overwriting their changes. This prevents accidental status overwrites during busy monitoring periods.
Improvements
- Automatic role assignment — When adding a user to a tenant through the admin portal, the appropriate roles are now assigned automatically, removing the need for manual setup.
- Faster camera status processing — Optimised the query used to process camera online/offline events, improving responsiveness for status changes.
- Per-tenant detection tuning — Object detection settings can now be configured on a per-tenant basis, allowing detection sensitivity to be tailored to each customer's environment.
- System reliability — Improved connection resilience so that a single connectivity interruption no longer impacts all background processing. Services now recover independently, reducing the blast radius of transient network issues.
Fixes
- Dahua camera timestamps — Fixed a timestamp drift of up to several hours affecting Dahua cameras using AI Smart Motion Detection. Events from these cameras now display the correct time.
- Default monitoring company permissions — Fixed a permission check that prevented linked tenant administrators from setting a monitoring company as the default for their tenant.
